Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and permanent positions
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment pipelines
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
- Drive business development through client consultations and market analysis
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction metrics through proactive communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record placing technical or executive-level candidates
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong network of passive candidates in North Carolina's tech/finance sectors
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to manage high-volume placements in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
