- Full-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 clients in tech, design, and marketing
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using cutting-edge sourcing strategies
- Execute client-facing presentations and negotiate contract terms
- Lead training programs for junior recruiters and optimize ATS workflows
- Analyze market trends to position clients as industry talent leaders
- Foster strategic partnerships with 20+ key accounts quarterly
Qualifications
- 5+ years in high-volume technical/creative recruitment with agency experience
- Proven track record placing 50+ candidates in 12 months
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Greenhouse
- Strong understanding of LA's tech/creative ecosystem
- Exceptional presentation skills and client management acumen
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
