Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and hospitality
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding support
- Leverage cutting-edge sourcing tools and innovative recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment metrics
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly placement targets
- Represent the agency at industry networking events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven staffing or recruitment experience
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume assignments simultaneously
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Experience in Las Vegas market strongly preferred
