Responsibilities
- Source and vet high-caliber candidates across technical and non-technical domains using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 concurrent client assignments in Houston's key industries
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with hiring managers at client organizations
- Present compelling candidate packages that highlight cultural fit and technical expertise
- Maintain 95%+ placement satisfaction through post-hire follow-ups and performance tracking
- Leverage CRM systems to pipeline candidates and forecast hiring trends
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques and client negotiation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency/corporate recruitment experience with Houston market exposure
- Proven track record of 30+ placements annually in technical or professional roles
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn) and applicant tracking
- Strong understanding of Houston's talent landscape across energy, healthcare, and IT
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate value propositions
- Metrics-driven mindset with demonstrated KPI achievement (source-to-hire ratio, time-to-fill)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
