Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across technical, healthcare, and corporate roles using advanced sourcing techniques
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Georgia-based companies in key industries
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Develop innovative talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to departmental innovation
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and compensation packages
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or corporate setting
- Proven track record placing candidates in Georgia's tech, healthcare, or finance sectors
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
- Strong network of industry connections in Atlanta metropolitan area
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with ability to present recruitment metrics
