Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search, and niche job boards
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for C-level to mid-level positions
- Develop strategic partnerships with 15+ enterprise clients in Tampa Bay
- Execute data-driven candidate assessments using behavioral interview techniques
- Optimize applicant tracking system workflows for 95%+ efficiency
- Mentor junior recruiters on negotiation and closing strategies
- Analyze market trends to position candidates for competitive compensation
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency/staffing recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Florida's labor regulations and compliance
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executive presence
- Strong analytical skills with recruitment metrics reporting experience
- Ability to place 15+ candidates monthly with 90%+ retention
