Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for 15+ concurrent technical and executive roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic, and niche communities
- Conduct 20+ weekly candidate interviews and assessments
- Manage client relationships through weekly placement updates and feedback sessions
- Maintain 95% fill rate for priority positions with 30-day average placement time
- Train junior recruiters on ATS optimization and compliance protocols
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with 2+ years in agency/staffing
- Proven track record of 50+ placements/year with $500K+ revenue generation
- Expertise in Silicon Valley tech hiring landscape and salary benchmarks
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever) and data-driven reporting skills
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills for complex offers and counteroffers
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
