Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for IT, healthcare, and engineering roles across Wichita
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Manage 15+ client relationships with Fortune 500 and mid-market companies
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments using competency-based frameworks
- Lead recruitment marketing campaigns including job fairs and virtual events
- Implement ATS workflows to ensure 95% fill rate within 45 days
- Analyze market data to provide competitive compensation recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate/staffing agency recruitment with IT/healthcare specialization
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually
- Expert knowledge of Kansas labor market and Wichita talent landscape
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Advanced skills in Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Taleo ATS platforms
- Exceptional negotiation skills with $500K+ contract experience
- Data-driven approach with experience in recruitment metrics analysis
- Valid driver's license for client site visits
