Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for permanent and contract positions across IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and emerging startups
- Source passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches and professional networks
- Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) compliance and data analytics
- Lead recruitment marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry-specific platforms
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs (placement ratios, billings)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Deep understanding of Arizona's labor market dynamics
- Ability to travel 10% for client meetings and industry conferences
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
