Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for direct-hire and contract-to-hire positions across IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Build and maintain relationships with 20+ active corporate clients in the Omaha metro area
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage applicant tracking system pipeline and optimize conversion metrics
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed market analysis
- Lead recruitment marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in agency or corporate staffing
- Proven track record of filling technical, clinical, or financial roles
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-CP or CER certification preferred
- Deep understanding of Omaha's local talent market dynamics
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions simultaneously
