Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in full-time positions across healthcare, IT, and manufacturing sectors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networking events
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from interview coordination to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Track metrics and optimize recruitment processes to exceed KPI targets
- Represent Elite Talent Partners at local job fairs and industry networking functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting placement quotas and client satisfaction metrics
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with candidates and clients
- Deep understanding of Oklahoma City's local talent market dynamics
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
