Responsibilities
- Design and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for high-volume technical and professional roles
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with key hiring decision-makers at client organizations
- Lead candidate sourcing through advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments using competency-based frameworks
- Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes to ensure 95% retention rates
- Analyze market trends and compensation benchmarks to advise clients on talent acquisition strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal production targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with technical/professional roles
- Proven success in placing candidates in IT, healthcare, or finance sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP designation preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence

- Valid North Carolina driver's license with reliable transportation
