Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct in-depth candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to provide strategic hiring recommendations
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly hiring KPIs and placement goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics
- Knowledge of Milwaukee's local job market and key industries
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Professional Recruiter (PRC) or SHRM-CP certification a plus
