Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for C-level to mid-level positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ corporate clients in Miami metro
- Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry events
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns for hard-to-fill roles
- Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) analytics to optimize hiring metrics
- Mentor junior recruiters on sourcing techniques and compliance standards
- Lead recruitment process improvements using data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record placing candidates in tech, healthcare, or finance
- Expert knowledge of Miami's local talent market and industry trends
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, or similar ATS platforms
- SHRM-SCP or CERS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent search assignments simultaneously
- Valid Florida driver's license for client meetings (as needed)
