Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments for technical roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in Memphis
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborate with sales team to meet quarterly revenue targets
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate pipeline management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in staffing agency
- Proven track record of meeting placement KPIs and sales targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong understanding of Memphis's talent market dynamics
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
