Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse client portfolios including tech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking)
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and skill alignment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic workforce solutions to clients
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment metrics in our ATS
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize team recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with 2+ years in agency/staffing environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates across multiple industries in Fresno/Central Valley
- Expert knowledge of local talent market and competitive compensation trends
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and data-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Valid California driver's license for client meetings
