Responsibilities
- Source and screen top-tier candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with hiring managers at 50+ client companies including Google, Airbnb, and Salesforce
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Leverage our proprietary AI-powered matching system to achieve 92% candidate placement success rate
- Drive new business development through strategic client outreach and market intelligence
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through personalized career coaching and transparent communication
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven hiring recommendations to C-suite clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical or executive recruiting experience with proven track record in Bay Area market
- Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray sourcing and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter tactics
- Strong network of 500+ passive candidates in SF tech ecosystem
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP designation preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex offers
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze recruitment metrics and ROI
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client meetings
