Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for Fortune 500 clients in Raleigh-Durham
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with hiring managers and HR leaders
- Source passive candidates across LinkedIn, niche job boards, and professional networks
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews using structured assessment frameworks
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and optimize recruitment workflows
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages and job requirements
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team-wide performance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
- 5+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with tech/healthcare focus
- Proven track record of placing high-skill professionals in Raleigh market
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing techniques and ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven recruitment methodologies
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
