Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse roles in IT, healthcare, finance, and engineering
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier clients to understand staffing needs

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate placement

Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with a staffing agency or corporate HR department
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical or professional roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools
