Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive, technical, and specialized roles
- Develop strategic staffing partnerships with key NYC-based clients
- Implement ATS-driven workflows to optimize candidate conversion rates
- Lead training initiatives for junior recruiters on market-specific sourcing techniques
- Analyze staffing metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
- Represent Nexus at industry events and university career fairs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate/staffing recruitment with NYC market expertise
- Proven track record of placing candidates in finance, SaaS, or digital media
- Advanced knowledge of NYC talent pools and compensation structures
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with 95% offer acceptance rate
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions simultaneously
