Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across technical and creative roles using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Develop deep client partnerships to understand hiring needs and position as a strategic talent advisor
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages and talent acquisition strategies
- Maintain and grow a robust candidate pipeline through proactive networking and community engagement
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to agency-wide process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven track record placing technical candidates
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across engineering, design, or marketing roles
- Strong proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Deep understanding of LA's tech and creative talent landscape
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions while maintaining quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
