Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across multiple industries using advanced recruitment technologies
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ high-value clients in the Las Vegas metro area
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Analyze market trends to identify emerging talent pools and competitive compensation benchmarks
- Maintain a 90%+ client satisfaction rate through proactive communication and service excellence
- Lead recruitment campaigns for hard-to-fill roles in gaming, healthcare, and tech sectors
- Mentor junior recruiters to enhance team performance and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience with proven track record in staffing agencies
- Expert knowledge of Las Vegas's job market and industry-specific talent pipelines
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with history of closing 85%+ of qualified placements
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret recruitment metrics and optimize strategies
- Valid Nevada driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
