Responsibilities
- Source and recruit top-tier talent across IT, Healthcare, and Finance sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 active client partnerships
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and niche job boards
- Conduct behavioral interviews and technical assessments for specialized roles
- Negotiate compensation packages and close candidates with 95% offer acceptance rate
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring funnels and KPIs
- Mentor junior recruiters on compliance with EEOC and Illinois labor laws
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience in Illinois market
- Proven track record placing candidates in $100K+ roles
- Expert knowledge of Chicago's tech corridor and healthcare hubs
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Advanced ATS proficiency (Workday, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn)
- Exceptional negotiation skills with 90%+ client retention
- Portfolio of 50+ successful placements in past 12 months
- Ability to travel to client sites in Naperville, Schaumburg, and downtown Chicago
