Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries using Boolean search techniques and AI-powered tools
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Develop strategic partnerships with 15+ corporate clients to understand hiring needs and market trends
- Maintain and grow an active pipeline of passive candidates through networking and digital outreach
- Leverage ATS systems to track KPIs and optimize recruitment workflows
- Conduct market analysis to provide competitive salary insights and talent availability reports
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices in candidate engagement and client management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience with proven track record in Chicago market
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong network of professionals across Chicago's business community
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex offers
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing recruitment metrics
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
