Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates with premier Boston-area employers
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding support
- Leverage market intelligence to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Exceed quarterly placement and revenue targets through strategic pipeline management
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and provide weekly performance analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience in Boston market
- Proven track record of high-volume placements in competitive industries
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Expertise with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
