Responsibilities
- Strategic full-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 clients in tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, niche platforms, and industry events
- Lead client discovery sessions to define talent needs and craft compelling job narratives
- Manage a pipeline of 15-20 active candidates while maintaining 95% placement satisfaction rate
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to position candidates competitively
- Mentor junior recruiters on interview techniques and candidate assessment methodologies
- Drive diversity initiatives through inclusive sourcing and unbiased evaluation processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years agency or corporate recruitment experience with track record of high-volume placements
- Proven expertise in technical recruitment (software engineers, data scientists) and executive search
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Lever preferred) with data-driven candidate analytics
- Exceptional negotiation skills with documented 90% offer acceptance rate
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Deep network of Triangle tech and finance professionals
