Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client portfolios
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interviews and negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring funnel performance
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
- Contribute to agency growth through business development initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of closing high-volume roles
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment
- Strong knowledge of Bay Area talent markets and industries
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
