- Develop deep client relationships to understand talent needs and market trends
- Leverage ATS tools and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team performance goals
- Attend industry networking events and represent the agency at career fairs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in high-volume/staffing recruitment with NYC market expertise
- Proven track record placing candidates in finance, tech, or healthcare
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Metrics-driven with experience meeting quarterly KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- ATS certification (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) highly valued
