Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for full-time roles across diverse industries
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with top-tier companies in New Orleans
- Source, engage, and qualify passive candidates using innovative sourcing techniques
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate-job fit using competency frameworks
- Manage applicant tracking systems and optimize recruitment funnel metrics
- Collaborate with hiring teams to define position requirements and employer branding
- Analyze market trends and compensation benchmarks to inform recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in professional roles
- Expertise in sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) and ATS systems
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Deep understanding of New Orleans' talent market and industry dynamics
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
