Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical, healthcare, and executive roles
- Leverage LinkedIn, Boolean search, and niche job boards to identify passive candidates
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments using structured frameworks
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across diverse industries
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate pipelines with precision
- Drive recruitment KPIs: 15+ placements/month, 85% offer acceptance rate
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of 50+ placements in 12-month cycles
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, closing, onboarding
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Strong understanding of Miami's talent landscape and compensation trends
- SHRM-SCP or CERC certification highly desirable
- Ability to manage high-volume urgent hiring campaigns simultaneously
- Fluency in English and Spanish required for bilingual client interactions
