Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries (tech, healthcare, logistics)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) for candidate tracking
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Drive recruitment metrics: fill rates, time-to-hire, and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency/staffing recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Expertise in candidate sourcing and passive talent acquisition
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
