Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and key industry stakeholders
- Analyze market trends to refine recruitment strategies and competitive compensation packages
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team performance excellence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven success in placing candidates across technical and professional roles
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter/other platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with client-facing experience
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven recruitment approach
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
