Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for full-time positions using advanced recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Leverage CRM systems and job boards to maximize candidate reach
- Analyze market trends to refine recruitment strategies and compensation benchmarks

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche platforms
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
