Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from client intake to offer acceptance
- Develop deep partnerships with 15+ enterprise clients to understand talent needs
- Leverage ATS and AI tools to optimize candidate matching and placement efficiency
- Lead recruitment strategy sessions and provide market insights to clients
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process innovation
- Track KPIs including fill rates, client satisfaction, and time-to-hire
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record placing executive-level and specialized roles
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment
- Advanced proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms
- Strong negotiation skills with executive stakeholders
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated quota achievement
