Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates for executive, technical, and healthcare roles using innovative recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to placement with industry-leading ATS tools
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 clients in Orlando metro area
- Analyze market trends to identify emerging talent pools and competitive compensation benchmarks
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining a personal placement quota of 15-20 candidates monthly
- Implement diversity hiring initiatives to create inclusive work environments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience with technical or healthcare focus
- Proven success placing candidates at $100K+ salary levels
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, and Greenhouse ATS
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume hiring campaigns with 90%+ fill rate
- Strong network of passive candidates in Florida's tech/healthcare corridors
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
