- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer negotiation
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 clients
- Optimize ATS workflows and implement data-driven recruitment strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters and champion diversity initiatives
- Exceed quarterly KPIs for placement rates and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate or agency staffing/recruitment
- Proven success in technical and executive-level placements
- Expert knowledge of Chicago's talent market dynamics
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
