Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for Fortune 500 clients across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical competency
- Manage client relationships, providing weekly progress reports and market insights
- Lead recruitment marketing initiatives including job board optimization and social campaigns
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry best practices and compliance standards
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives across all placement assignments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with emphasis on tech/finance placements
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually with 90%+ retention rates
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Workday) with advanced Boolean search skills
- SHRM-SCP or CERC certification preferred
- Strong network of Pacific Northwest tech and finance professionals
- Experience managing recruitment budgets and vendor relationships
- Exceptional presentation skills for client pitch meetings
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
