Responsibilities
- Source and qualify top-tier candidates across diverse industries using advanced recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through consultative staffing solutions
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to onboarding coordination
- Leverage ATS platforms and data analytics to optimize recruitment KPIs
- Develop talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions using creative sourcing techniques
- Conduct candidate assessments and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders
- Represent the agency at industry networking events and career fairs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven expertise in candidate sourcing across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals)
- Strong knowledge of Virginia Beach's labor market and industry trends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex placements
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Workday, or similar ATS platforms
