Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for IT, Engineering, and Healthcare positions across Texas
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand talent needs
- Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry networking
- Conduct technical interviews and skill assessments for specialized roles
- Lead candidate onboarding and placement negotiations
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and compensation packages
- Maintain 90%+ fill rate for assigned client portfolio
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with staffing agency or corporate TA
- Proven track record placing specialized roles (IT/Engineering preferred)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Texas staffing license and compliance knowledge
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 15% across Texas markets
