Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for high-demand roles in IT, Healthcare, and Finance sectors
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients in Philadelphia metro
- Source passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches and networking events
- Manage 20+ concurrent job requisitions with 95% fill rate target
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments using structured methodologies
- Leverage Bullhorn ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter for pipeline management
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize departmental workflows
- Analyze market trends and provide talent acquisition insights to clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven success placing candidates in Philadelphia's competitive market
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Expertise in Bullhorn ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HireVue
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating in matrixed teams
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for client meetings
