Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates through advanced Boolean searches and strategic networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume corporate clients in NYC
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and industry stakeholders
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) to track metrics and optimize pipeline
- Conduct market analysis to position candidates competitively against compensation benchmarks
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal placement targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a NYC staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven success placing professionals in finance, technology, or creative sectors
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and niche candidate mapping
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in a commission-driven role
