Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in permanent positions across IT, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and social media platforms for talent identification
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and reference checks
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic hiring recommendations to clients
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in CRM systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly placement metrics
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry-specific platforms
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
