Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for diverse client portfolios including Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and digital recruitment channels
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and technical interviews for specialized roles
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Implement data-driven recruitment analytics to optimize hiring efficiency and candidate quality
- Manage end-to-end client relationships from contract negotiation to placement onboarding
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry best practices and compliance standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with staffing agencies or corporate talent acquisition
- Proven track record of placing technical and professional roles in competitive markets
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools
- Strong understanding of California labor laws and staffing industry regulations
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple competing priorities
