Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates across technical, professional, and executive roles using advanced sourcing techniques
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from client intake to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Houston-area employers to understand talent needs
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining a personal recruitment quota of 15-20 placements/month
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitive compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency/staffing recruitment experience with proven track record in Houston market
- Expertise in technical recruitment (IT, engineering) and professional services roles
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and candidate engagement tools
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to close high-value placements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
