Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates for full-time placements in IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with 50+ Florida-based businesses
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Analyze market trends to optimize sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding initiatives
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in our ATS system with 99% compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with staffing agencies
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually in Florida markets
- Expert knowledge of Florida labor laws and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills with 95% offer acceptance rate
- SHRM-CP or CPC certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Valid Florida driver's license for client site visits
