Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct 15-20 interviews weekly to assess technical skills and cultural fit
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 active client partnerships
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and offer extensions
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven hiring recommendations
- Maintain 95%+ candidate satisfaction through transparent communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record placing technical candidates (coding, healthcare, engineering)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- SHRM-CP or CER certification highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with ability to present recruitment analytics
