Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and secure top talent for open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on workforce planning and market trends.
- Negotiate offers and close placements to meet aggressive revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle staffing, recruitment, or human resources.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and sales quotas in a competitive agency environment.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong network of contacts within the technology, healthcare, or finance industries is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
