Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume corporate clients in technology, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Build and maintain robust pipeline of passive candidates through targeted outreach
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and provide actionable feedback to hiring managers
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new staffing opportunities and expand client relationships
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to optimize placement strategies
- Maintain 95%+ candidate satisfaction score through personalized onboarding support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in corporate or agency settings
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually with 90%+ retention rates
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn) and CRM expertise
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- SHRM-SPHR or CTS certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of North Carolina's talent landscape and labor regulations
- Experience managing recruitment teams or mentorship programs
