Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across multiple industries using advanced recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track pipeline metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding campaigns
- Drive weekly payroll processes for temporary staff placements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience in Chicago market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement KPIs
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and referrals
- Strong understanding of Chicago's talent landscape across key industries
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) and CRM software
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid Illinois driver's license for occasional client meetings
