Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, and placement for diverse client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates
- Track and optimize recruitment metrics using our ATS platform
- Represent Boston Elite at industry events and job fairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Boston's competitive market
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong network of local tech and finance professionals
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
